Upon locking yourself out, please follow these steps in order to ensure success when accessing the MercyOne Online Directory:
1. Wait until 10 minutes has passed and click the ‘Forgot Password’ link; fill out the form for a new password and try logging in again
2. If the site is still unresponsive, check with your Hospital's Security Officer to confirm this site is not getting blocked by your Firewall.
Please note: If your email is not in the system or has been entered incorrectly, you will be prompted with a message that states your information has not been entered. Contact YOUR Hospital Administrator to confirm your contact information is entered correctly.
